The agency is led by Alfio Martire, a creative director with over fifteen years of experience in branding, design, and visual communication, specialized in developing brand identities for the US market, and Astra Pagliai, focused on business development, operational structuring, and client management, ensuring that strategy is translated into execution without loss of control or coherence.

From naming and visual language to packaging, retail concepts, and digital presence, every element is built to perform in a market where clarity and differentiation are not optional.

  • Concepto NYC operates across four integrated areas, identity, positioning, marketing, and restaurant development. This includes strategy, naming, logo and packaging design, verbal identity, US market analysis, positioning and value strategy, storytelling, content and advertising, social media and digital performance, as well as concept development, location scouting, and interior design for physical spaces. The structure is built to move from brand creation to market execution without fragmentation.

  • The process starts with analysis, market context, competitive landscape, pricing logic, and target definition. From there, identity and positioning are developed in parallel, ensuring the brand is not only coherent but commercially grounded. Design is iterative but controlled, with clear decision points, not open ended exploration. Execution follows immediately, translating strategy into assets, environments, and channels that can perform in the US market.

  • Timelines depend on scope, but most branding and positioning projects range between four and twelve weeks. Market entry and operational setup extend based on legal, administrative, and real estate variables. Restaurant projects require longer cycles due to permits, build out, and location negotiations.
